This page lists Helpdesk numbers for Quantexa Support. If your query is not resolvable through the Quantexa Support Service desk, or your issue is a SEV 1 or SEV 2 level incident, call the Helpdesk using the correct contact number for your region.

Helpdesk numbers by country

The following table lists the contact numbers to the Quantexa Helpdesk for each country. If you are calling a support number from another country, ensure that you include the appropriate international dialing code, such as (00) +44 for the UK.

To call the Helpdesk for India, you must use a local Indian handset that can also make international calls.

Issue severity

Report the severity level of your incident or issue to help Quantexa Support determine its urgency, and to respond accordingly. The following table describes the severity levels for an incident or issue:
