If you're having an issue logging in to the Community please try the following to regain access:
✅ Solution 1:
To ensure you are following the right access route and to help you troubleshoot, please note: If you are a customer/partner who previously had access to the Documentation site or the Academy, avoid trying to sign up to Community vs. logging in. Sign up will trigger the following error message:
If you already have access to Quantexa Documentation/Academy you are already part of our Single Sign On process and can just login to Community (instead of signing up). You can do so by entering the same corporate email and password used to access other Quantexa online sites. If you don't remember your existing password, you can click on the "Forgot password?" option that will appear once you've entered your email.
✅ Solution 2:
If the above doesn't work we'd recommend to try clearing your cookies/ cache for the Community website.
Whilst in your browser press 'Ctrl', 'shift' and 'delete' to open the cookies window. You can then select to clear all your cookies or just selected websites and the timeframe you would like to clear them in.
✅ Solution 3:
Alternatively you can try resetting your password. To do this enter your email address and click 'continue', a box will then appear to enter your password and under this you can select "Forgot Password?". You will then be sent an email so you can reset your password and log in.
