Get Ready for Docebo: Our New Learning Experience Is Almost Here!

We’re excited to share that the move from LearnUpon to Docebo is nearly here. Our new learning platform will bring a fresh, more engaging experience and make it easier to continue developing your skills.

Your learning moves with you

We’ll transfer your learner profile, enrolments, course history, completions and progress to Docebo. There is nothing for you to set up; you will not need to create a new account or resubmit any information.

To make your transition as smooth as possible, we encourage you to complete as much of your program as you can before LearnUpon closes. At a minimum, please finish the current training program module you are taking. We’ll transfer your completed modules to Docebo, but if a module is still in progress, you’ll need to restart that module.

Key dates to remember

• Final day to access LearnUpon : 27th September

Sunday, 27th September 2026, is the last day you can access LearnUpon. From 28th September, LearnUpon will be unavailable while we complete the final stages of the migration ahead of the Docebo launch on 1st  October 2026.

Please note that this deadline cannot be extended, so please make sure you complete any courses you are currently working on by 27th September.

• Transition Period: 28th to 30th September 2026

LearnUpon will be unavailable for three days while we move your learning data and put the finishing touches on Docebo.

• Docebo launch: 1st October 2026

From launch day, you can explore the new platform, access your learning and continue building your skills.

Get ready for launch.

Before 27 September, take these simple steps:

• Complete any courses currently in progress.
• Avoid starting long courses that you may not be able to finish before the deadline.
• Note any courses you plan to continue or begin after Docebo launches

Further information about how to access Docebo and the support available will be shared before launch.

Thank you for helping us make the transition a success.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Docebo on 1 October 2026!
