What are Ideas?
Ideas are pieces of feedback that Community members can suggest from the Ideas Portal. The Ideas Portal will collect your ideas and allow other members to vote on whether they’d like to see that suggestion implemented. Only Ideas surpassing a 15 votes threshold will be considered for review.
Ideas can contain varied feedback around from the Quantexa platform to the Quantexa training, the Community platform itself, etc.
How do I submit an Idea?
To submit an Idea, navigate to the Ideas Portal area and click on the “New Idea” button. Please note you must be logged in to view the Ideas Portal.
Before posting an Idea, bear in mind that vague ideas are hard to act on so please provide as much detail as you can, especially links or screenshots of what issue your idea seeks to address. Please do not post sensitive or personal information within these links or images.
How do I vote on an Idea?
To vote for an Idea, simply click on the “upvote” icon displayed as a triangle next to the Idea title. Once you vote for an Idea, the triangle will change colour to reflect that.
What is Quantexa's User Research Panel?
Quantexa's User Research Panel is a group of passionate users who are happy to share ideas and feedback with us by taking part in testing, interviews, surveys and research projects. There are no right or wrong answers, as it’s the Quantexa platform that’s being tested, not you.
To sign up for it, you will just need to fill out our form telling us a bit about yourself and your Quantexa journey and someone will be in touch. If you have any questions please contact us.
