How is an Idea reviewed?
Once an idea reaches 15 votes it will be reviewed by the Community team. When reviewing an idea we will consider:
- If it’s a duplicate idea or already offered
- Is further information or explanation needed to consider and fully understand the idea
- Which department the idea is relevant to e.g is it an idea to improve the Community or a product feature request
Once, reviewed the Community team update the status to reflect the discussion.
If the idea is something that’s already planned or offered, the status will update to ‘Already Offered’ or ‘Planned’ and details will provided of the upcoming feature or how to access the feature.
If someone else has submitted the idea the status will update to ‘Duplicate’ and we’ll link the posts together.
If the status is updated to ‘In Review’ there’s a dedicated team looking into whether it’s possible, and the impact it would have.
If the idea is approved, the status will update to ‘Planned’ and then ‘In Progress’ once the team are working on it.
Once launched the status will update to ‘Delivered’ and more information on how to access the feature will be provided in the comments under the idea.
If the team decide it’s not currently possible to implement the idea the status will change to ‘Not Planned’ – this doesn’t mean it won’t ever happen though so keep following the idea for any future updates.
