This article details the implementation of theĀ Entity Quality UnderlinkingĀ (EQU) tool, developed to assist when tuning Entity Resolution.

Why is the feature useful?

The EQU tool enables you to:

  • Identify underlinked Entities and the root causes of underlinking (through manual examination in theĀ UI).
  • Quantify the overall level of underlinking and its evolution through time, if capturing this metric in Production.
  • ControlĀ the changes you make to yourĀ Entity Resolution templatesĀ due to previously identifiedĀ Overlinking.
