4 days agoHi James, you will have to join the Quantexa session and talk to the engineers to get the issue fixed. Basically they just assigned the new VDI to me and the issue is resolved. To get the meeting link, you will need to go to "Learning paths", click on the programm that you are currently going through, go to the "Course details", under "Training support:", there is "2. Quantexa Academy Support Calls". You will need to download it and get on the meeting link to talk to them. Hope you able to sort it out soon, see you around.
