Hi, I can start the VDI and VDI status showing The status of the VDI for user is currently RUNNING. but when I am trying to access the VDI page, it is showing access denied.
Error Code: SU-003
Reason: Not Authorized
Please contact your Quantexa account manager to request access.
Could you please help?

Hi James, you will have to join the Quantexa session and talk to the engineers to get the issue fixed. Basically they just assigned the new VDI to me and the issue is resolved. To get the meeting link, you will need to go to "Learning paths", click on the programm that you are currently going through, go to the "Course details", under "Training support:", there is "2. Quantexa Academy Support Calls". You will need to download it and get on the meeting link to talk to them. Hope you able to sort it out soon, see you around.
