Academy Support Call Schedule

🚫SUPPORT CALL CANCELLATIONS 🚫

This week the following Support Calls for the Scoring Engineer Academy have been cancelled due to staff unavailability:

  •  Tuesday 4th November at 16:00 UTC
  • Thursday 6th November at 14:30 UTC

All other support calls will resume as normal, if you have any questions outside of the support calls please ask them on the Academy Q&A topic!

This post will have the latest information on Quantexa Academy Support Calls.

The Academy Team will update this post to inform you of any cancellations for the week.

Support Call Schedule:

General Support Sessions (DEA & SEA):

  • Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM (UK time)
  • Thursday: 6:00 – 7:00 AM (UK time)

Additional Sessions:

Data Engineer Academy (DEA):

  • Monday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM (UK time)
  • Wednesday: 4:00 – 5:00 PM (UK time)

Scoring Engineer Academy (SEA):

  • Tuesday: 4:00 – 4:30 PM (UK time)
  • Thursday: 2:30 – 3:00 PM (UK time)

Bank Holidays

Support calls will not be run on any UK Bank Holidays, which include: 

  • New Year's Day (1st January)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • Early May Bank Holiday (First weekend of May)
  • Spring Bank Holiday (Last weekend of May)
  • Summer Bank Holiday (Last weekend of August)
  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)

    Hi All,

    The following support calls are cancelled for this week:

    Monday – Data Engineering Academy (Afternoon)

    Tuesday - Scoring Engineer Academy (Afternoon)

    Wednesday - 8am (Morning) & Data Engineering Academy (Afternoon)

    Also Scoring Engineer Academy (Afternoon) will be at 14:30 UK time instead of 16:00

    Thursday – Scoring Engineer Academy (Afternoon)

    Friday - None

    There will be a new support call schedule coming soon with new invites!

    Hi all,

    This is the support call schedule for W/C 13/01/25:

    There will be no support calls on Monday 13th January

    From this week onwards there will be a new support call schedule as follows:

    General Support Sessions (DEA & SEA):

    • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM (UK time)

    Additional Sessions:

    Data Engineering Academy (DEA):

    • Monday, Friday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM (UK time)

    Invites to the new calls will be sent out very soon!

    All other calls will be scheduled as normal.

    Monday 2.30pm DEA only (03/03/25)

    Tuesday 8am (04/03/25)

    Friday 2.30pm DEA & SEA (07/03/25)

    All other calls will be scheduled as normal.
