Once they've signed up, request the "Recommend a Friend" badge and, in the free text box, tell us the name of the person you referred. If your recommendation brings us to that 3000th member, both of you will WIN a box of Community-branded goodies, including a Chilly's Series 2 500ml Water Bottle. It really is that easy! We’re excited to introduce our new Community Rewards Program: Help other Community Members by sharing your knowledge, and receive exclusive Community-branded swag. How it Works: Whenever you provide a comment to a question, the original author can mark your response as the "Best Answer" if it solves their query. Once 25 of your comments have been marked as "Best Answers", you’ll earn the "You've contributed 25 best answers to the Community" badge. 📝 Tip: You can also mark your own response as the Best Answer! If you’ve found a solution to your own question, come back, write up your answer, and select it as the Best Answer. Tentatively Answered Questions: These questions have comments or potential answers but are still awaiting a final resolution. Reviewing and contributing to these can also be valuable. Where to Find Questions Without a Best Answer Check the quick links panel on the right-hand side. You'll see a link labeled "Someone Needs Help." Clicking on this will display a list of all questions without a "Best Answer". 2. Head to the 'All Discussions' page, scroll down and select 'Filters'. For 'Post Type' select 'Question' For 'Post Status' select 'Unanswered' and 'Answered' 📝Tip: Use Tags to filter to your area of expertise for example if you're an 'assess' expert use this tag to show only questions relating to assess. How to Mark a Best Answer: If an answer resolves your issue, simply click “Yes” next to "Did this answer your question?" to mark it as the Best Answer. Only the author of the original post can mark a Best Answer. So, if you’ve received help, don’t forget to give credit where it’s due by marking the Best Answer! Introducing the Quantexa Community’s latest competition: The Knowledge Exchange 📝 This is your chance to become a published Community author, receive prizes and share your Quantexa expertise. Join the competition by choosing one of the below themes: Write a 'Day in the Life of' blog post, offering a glimpse into life of a Quantexa user. Use our ‘A Day in the life of’ instructions for more information and a template of questions. Share your best tech tip using Quantexa, showcasing your expertise in the field. Discovered something really cool you can do with Quantexa? This is your chance to share your knowledge. Submit a blog post on a topic of your choice, as long as it's related to Quantexa. Why not check out our Community Library and Specialist User Groups for inspiration. ✅ How to Enter: Email your article to community@quantexa.com by 12am(BST) on Sunday 5th May with the subject line "The Knowledge Exchange" Please do not include any sensitive data or information in submissions and where required please get sign off from management before submitting an article. 🏆 The Prizes: The top 5 articles for each category will receive: A selection of Community branded goodies including a Chilly’s Series 2 500ml Bottle!
