Case List Page
Cases should be considered as the primary or umbrella object being worked on and assigned to users. They serve as the central framework around which decisions are made and conclusions are recorded. The content of a Case reflects the complete analysis performed by the user, which is fully audited and accessible as evidence.
Features of the Case List Page
Let's look at the features of the Case List Page.
- Navigate between Workflow Types : You can navigate between the two workflow types (AML and CTR) by selecting your preferred workflow.
- Search for Cases: You can locate cases efficiently by entering the relevant search term in the search box instead of scrolling through the entire Case list.
- Filter Case: You can filter the columns, with available filtering options depending on the selected column. For example, in the "Stage" column, the filtering options include Screening, Investigation, and Review and Approval, as shown below.
- Sort/Order Case: You can sort the Case column in either ascending or descending order based on your preference. This functionality helps in quickly locating and organizing Cases based on specific criteria.
- Preview Case Details: You can preview details on the Case Page by clicking on an individual case from the list.
- Take Bulk Actions: You can carry out bulk actions by selecting multiple Cases that are in the same Workflow Stage (e.g., Investigation). To do this, select the checkbox next to the Case/Cases for which you want to perform bulk actions. Once selected, the Actions tab will be activated. Clicking on the Actions tab will present you with various options for performing bulk actions, depending on the Workflow Stage.
The "Actions" tab is disabled by default and will only be enabled when Cases are selected.
- Summary Metrics: In addition to the individual column filters, you can also use quick filters to narrow down Cases based on specific criteria. For example, you filter Cases by a specific assignee, as shown below.
- Link Cases: You can link one Case to another by selecting the checkbox next to the Case ID and then clicking the "Link Case" tab located on the right, next to the Search bar.
The "Link Cases" tab is disabled by default and will only be enabled when Cases are selected and opened in a new tab, as only Cases opened in a new tab can be linked.
- Show Closed Cases: You can toggle the slider on the "Show Closed Cases" tab to display only the Cases with a closed status.
- Refresh the Cases: You can reload the Cases by clicking the refresh icon.
- Navigate through Cases: You can easily navigate through a large list of Cases by using the pagination controls on the right, as shown below. This allows you to move between pages to access the desired Cases.
- Adjust the Page Size: You can customize the number of Cases displayed per page by selecting from options such as 10, 50, or 100 cases. This allows you to control the amount of information visible at once, making it easier to navigate through Cases based on your preference and viewing needs.
