Certification Program Retake Policy

Completing the Programs:

Each certification program has several tasks and assessments associated with it that each candidate must successfully complete in order to be certified.

Note: Our policy allows only two attempts per assessment before failing the candidate. 

Failing and Re-entering the Programs:

1. Candidates who fail a certification program will not be permitted to re-enter it for a period of three months.
2. Candidates who are permitted to enter a certification program for a second time will be charged the full program fee.
3. Further re-entries may be permitted, but, in each case, the full program fee will be levied, and the re-entry period per iteration will be extended by an increment of three months.
