Support Call Schedule:
IMPORTANT: This Friday(19/09/2025) afternoon support call for the Data Engineer Academy (DEA) and Thursday(18/09/2025) Scoring Engineer Academy (SEA) has been cancelled . All other support calls will continue as normal. We recommend attending these to ensure you understand concepts and get maximum value from the Academy.
General Support Sessions (DEA & SEA):
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM (UK time)
Additional Sessions:
Data Engineering Academy (DEA):
- Monday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM (UK time)
- Wednesday: 4:00 – 5:00 PM (UK time)
Scoring Engineering Academy (SEA):
- Tuesday: 4:00 – 4:30 PM (UK time)
- Thursday: 2:30 – 3:00 PM (UK time)
Bank Holidays
Support calls will not be run on any UK Bank Holidays, which include:
- New Year's Day (1st January)
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday (First weekend of May)
- Spring Bank Holiday (Last weekend of May)
- Summer Bank Holiday (Last weekend of August)
- Christmas Day (25th December)
- Boxing Day (26th December)
