Academy Support Call Schedule

This post will have the latest information on Quantexa Academy Support Calls.

The Academy Team will post a comment below to inform you of any cancellations for the week.

To ensure you are up-to-date on the schedule, we recommend bookmarking this post so you receive a notification informing you of the updates.

Support calls will not be run on any UK Bank Holidays which include:

  • New Year's Day (1st January)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • Early May Bank Holiday (First weekend of May)
  • Spring Bank Holiday (Last weekend of May)
  • Summer Bank Holiday (Last weekend of August)
  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)

Support Call Schedule:

General Support Sessions (DEA & SEA):

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM (UK time)

Additional Sessions:

Data Engineering Academy (DEA):

  • Monday, Friday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM (UK time)
  • Wednesday: 4:00 – 5:00 PM (UK time)

Scoring Engineering Academy (SEA):

  • Tuesday: 4:00 – 4:30 PM (UK time)
  • Thursday, Friday: 2:30 – 3:00 PM (UK time)

    Data Engineering Academy (Afternoon)

    Tues 10th, Thurs 12th

    Scoring Engineer Academy (Afternoon)

    Wed 11th

    Data Engineering Academy (Afternoon)

    Tues 3rd, Thurs 5th

    Scoring Engineer Academy (Afternoon)

    Mon 2nd, Wed 4th, Fri 6th
