Below support calls are cancelled due to limited staff availability:
- Tuesday 15th September - 08:00AM GMT: DEA & DEA
- Tuesday 16th September - 14:30 GMT: SEA
- Wednesday 17th September - 16:00 GMT: DEA & SEA
- Friday 19th September - 08:00AM GMT: DEA & SEA
All other support calls will resume as normal, if you have any questions outside of the support calls please ask them on the Academy Q&A topic !
Bank Holidays
Support calls will not be run on any UK Bank Holidays, which include:
- New Year's Day (1st January)
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday (First weekend of May)
- Spring Bank Holiday (25th May)
- Summer Bank Holiday (31st August)
- Christmas Day (25th December)
- Boxing Day (26th December)
Support Call Schedule:
General Support Sessions (DEA & SEA):
- Monday: 2:30 – 3:30 PM (UK time)
- Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM (UK time)
- Wednesday: 4:00 – 5:00 PM (UK time)
- Thursday: 6:00 – 7:00 AM (UK time)
Additional Sessions:
Scoring Engineer Academy (SEA):
- Tuesday: 2:30 – 3:00 PM (UK time)
