⚙ Assessment Process
Assessments are used within the Quantexa Academy to assess a candidate’s capability. The following process is expected:
- We aim to provide assessment feedback to the candidate within 2 working days of review. This will include suggestions for students to reflect on and improve their work.
- Candidates who fail to attend a scheduled assessment will have the session recorded as a failed attempt.
- Once the maximum number of failed assessments allowed for the program is reached, the candidate’s representative will be notified, and the candidate will be offboarded, and access to the program and resources will be removed.
- Assessments are an Individual task. Every candidate must ensure that:
- The work you are submitting is your own.
- You have not generated/copied it from any AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
- You have independently developed the skills and knowledge required to pass each assessment.
- If we suspect that your submission has been copied from another person or generated by an AI solution, we will either conduct a viva or assign you an alternative task to assess your understanding of the submitted assessment or task. If you fail the viva or other task, Quantexa reserves the right to take remedial action up to and including permanent disqualification from the Quantexa Academy. Please refer to the Plagiarism Policy for more details.
⏰ Certification Assessment Reschedule and Cancellation
The candidate is responsible for booking certification assessments using either the booking tool linked through the LMS or by coordinating via email. Some assessments are conducted with the candidate present, while others are performed without the candidate's presence. If candidates need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled certification assessment, it is expected that:
- Candidates must provide a minimum of 2 working days’ notice to reschedule an assessment without penalty.
- Requests to reschedule or cancel with less than 2 working days’ notice will be marked as a failed attempt.
- Exceptions may be granted in exceptional circumstances such as documented emergencies or technical failures beyond the candidate’s control. For consideration, email Education Services at training@quantexa.com
